摘 要:为了解子宫颈粘液对受胎率及奶牛后代性别的影响，笔者在青海省海北州祁连县某规模养殖场内采集247头西门塔尔母牛人工授精时的子宫颈粘液，测定子宫颈粘液的pH值并做好记录。结果表明：母牛的pH值为6.8～7.4,占被测总数的83.8%,其受胎率平均达85.99%。母牛的pH值小于6.6,受胎率平均为50%；母牛pH值大于7.4时,受胎率平均为67.5%。后代相关性分析数据显示：子宫颈粘液pH值越高后代为雄性的几率越大，反之宫颈粘液pH值越低产雌性个体的几率越大。奶牛子宫颈粘液pH≤6.7的母牛，后代性别多为雌性，pH值≥7.4 时，后代多为雄性。

Correlation Analysis on pH of Simmental cervical mucus and conception rates and offspring sex in Alpine region

Abstract：In order to know the effect of cervical mucus on conception rate and offspring sex , 247 Simmental cervical mucus during the artificial insemination were collected in a breeding farm of Qilian County of Haibei, Qinghai Province, pH of the cervical mucus was measured. The results showed that the pH of cervical mucus was between 6.8 and 7.4, accounting for 83.8%,and average conception rate was 85.99%. The pH was lower than 6.6 for female Simmental, the average conception rate was 50%. While the pH was higher than 7.4, the average conception rate was 67.5%. The correlation data analysis showed that the higher pH of the cervical mucus, the more probability of male offspring. The less lower pH, the more probability of female offspring. The offspring were mostly female under pH ≤ 6.7. The offspring were mostly male under pH ≥ 7.4.
