荒漠草原优势植物根际溶磷菌溶磷能力研究

摘要:本实验以西藏阿里地区优势植物根际溶磷菌为研究对象,利用平板培养基和选择性培养基对来自不同植物的菌株的溶磷能力进行初步测定,其中六株在蒙金娜有机磷培养基上形成明显透明圈,D/d(溶磷圈直径与菌落直径比值)1.944~2.326之间; 五株具有溶解无机磷能力,其D/d值在1.164~1.298之间;1株菌株既能溶解有机磷又可溶解无机磷。对所有菌株进行液体培养,用钼蓝比色法测定有效磷增量分别为8.933~20.932μg/mL10.981~36.220μg/mLPWXZ6NXZ4溶解无机磷能力较其他菌株强,NXY18溶解有机磷能力较其他菌株强。结果表明:PWXZ6NXZ4NXY18在后续研制微生物肥料时有较大的潜力。

Primary research of dissolved phosphorus bacteria of dominant plant

 rihizosphere dissolving phosphorus capability in desert grassland

 Abstract: Phosphate dissolving bacteria from different dominant plant Rihizosphere in Ali region of Tibet were screed and their phosphate dissolving ability were checked primarily by using petri medium and selectivity medium, six strains were presented obvious transparence circle on Mendajin organic phosphorus medium that D/d value is between 1.164~1.298; Five strains owned phosphate dissolving ability that D/d value is between 1.164~1.298. One strain dissolved not only organic phosphorus but also inorganic phosphorus. The strains were cultured in liquid medium, effective phosphorus quantity were increased by 8.933~20.932 and 10.981~36.220μg/mL respectively by using molybdenum-blue colorimetry. The results showed that the strains of PWXZ6,NXZ4 has better dissolved inorganic phosphorus ,and NXY18 has better dissolved organic phosphorus. So the three kinds of strains have better potential for further studying

microbe fertilizer and development.
